  1. Soak the stone in water for 5–10 minutes before use.
  2. Place the stone on the non-slip silicone base and bamboo holder for stability.
  3. Attach the angle guide to the knife to get the correct sharpening angle (15°–20°).
  4. Start with the coarse side (e.g., 1000 or 3000 grit) to restore the edge.
  5. Flip the stone to the fine side (6000 or 8000 grit) to polish and refine.
  6. Clean the stone and let it air dry after use.
