Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer (“you” or “the customer”), place an order through Stalvass.com and related pages. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.


2. Order

When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation serves as your receipt for the purchase.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We offer the following payment options:

• Credit/Debit cards

• Invoice via Klarna

• Direct bank transfer

• PayPal


In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and late payment interest according to applicable law.


4. Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard delivery (5 - 12 days)


The shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery option and will be shown at the time of order. In case of delivery delays, we will contact you with updated information and a new delivery date.


5. Your Right to Cancel and Return

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the item. To exercise the right of cancellation, contact us via chat. The item must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Keep the receipt for returns.


6. Complaints

If your product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, contact us immediately via chat. Attach photos and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints and either replace the item or refund the purchase amount.


7. Personal Data

We process your personal data according to our [Privacy Policy](link to privacy policy). By shopping on Stalvass.com, you agree to our handling of your personal data.


8. Responsibility

Stalvass.com is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product. We are also not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or similar events. In such cases, we have the right to extend the delivery time or cancel the order.


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Stalvass.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website. Changes apply once you have accepted the terms (during a new purchase or when visiting the website).


11. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up from the delivery point within the specified time and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you a fee for handling, shipping, and return. The fee for unclaimed packages is 150 SEK. If you wish to have the package resent, additional shipping costs will apply.


This addition can help avoid misunderstandings and clarify what happens with unclaimed shipments.
